Teaching Musician

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching music subjects, including guitar, chorus, drumline, and digital music production. Main Responsibilities: Required Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to work with students of diverse ethnic backgrounds, academic profiles, and skill levels • Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills • Must demonstrate responsibility, a desire to help others, discretion, and flexibility • Knowledge and ability to demonstrate skill in a variety of musical areas, including history, culture, and instrument-specific instruction • Must be able to prepare students of varying experience levels • Ability to collect and analyze data to drive future instruction • Ability to work independently, applying critical thinking skills and problem-solving to various situations ">Duties"> • Plan and facilitate collaborative and interactive instructional sessions focused on a variety of music subjects • Meet regularly with the Director of Educational Development • Assist students in the development of skills, including drumline, chorus, guitar, and digital music production • Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Educational Development • Model appropriate academic and social behaviors • Performs other duties as assigned "> This is an exciting opportunity for a Music Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
