COMPANY JamKazam (https://jamkazam.com/) has spent the last 6 years building the best platform in the world to help musicians play together live and in- sync over the Internet from different locations with high quality audio and video. OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a smart, capable, self-directed individual who can provide technical support to our end users on a full-time contract basis, working from home. We provide 1:1 technical support to each premium subscriber to help them set up our app with their music gear and to troubleshoot any problems they experience while using our platform to join and play in online sessions with other musicians. We want to find someone who is excited by our music tech mission, who can operate with relative autonomy across a broad scope of our application and tech portfolio, and who truly enjoys helping end users of tech products overcome their problems – in our case to play more music online with other musicians.
