POSITION/ROLE OVERVIEW The School of Jazz and Contemporary Music at The New School’s College of Performing Arts is seeking highly qualified Overhire Ringer/Accompanist, Jazz, Pop, and Improvised Music Ensembles to join its team. Reporting to the Part Time Operations Manager, the Overhire Ringer/Accompanist, Jazz, Pop, and Improvised Music Ensembles is directly responsible for supporting, accompanying, and performing with ensembles and performance based projects throughout the college. Alumni of the College of Performing Arts are strongly encouraged to apply. Formed in 2015, the College of Performing Arts draws together the Mannes School of Music, the School of Jazz and Contemporary Music, and the School of Drama.
