We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.Music Director...this full-time position is responsible for the oversight of the music team staff and related staff to assist and develop the worship music and music team members of The Crossing in a way that consistently upholds the values and beliefs of The Crossing.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Development & LeadershipOversee and Manage Music Production StaffStay current with team members through written and oral communication on a regular basisDevelop training opportunities and resources for team membersBe active part in the Potential & New Team Members ProcessCreative Processes for Music and ProgrammingSongwritingSong and idea demosRecording/song productionExecution of Worship-related Music and StaffingStaff Musicians & Worship Leaders for weekend and specified eventsBased on programming needs and teams per campusOversee contractors, including onboarding and invoicingOversee musical aspects of Baptism Concert and work with production staff to accommodateCommunication of DetailsCommunicate details from programming meetings to music staff and oversee Planning Center OnlineAll musical details properly loaded to Planning Center (charts, mp3’s, etc. )Ableton details (i.e. looped section for pivot)Song formsMusician CoordinationCommunicate details from programming meetings to musicians and Worship LeadersConfirm key signatures with leads at all sitesSpecific music details to musicians (i.e. drum pad for an instrument)Work with producers to assign vocal leads for each campus #J-18808-Ljbffr
