The door team, led by our Maître d's, take the lead in crafting that experience from the moment of guest reception. The look and feel of the room, the lighting settings, music volume, the dining room setup and table spacing, even the cleanliness of the sidewalk out front are the domain of the Maître d'; setting the stage and delivering on expectations. Our hosts can be trained at The Nines, but the Maître d' is a leadership role requiring significant prior experience. This is followed by heavier cocktail service / beverage service in the latter part of the evening after the kitchen closes. Piano sets are 2 each evening - the 1st set is 6pm - 9pm without vocals.
