Theatre Arts & Dance - Musician - AY

The University of Minnesota, Department of Theatre Arts and Dance, has an occasional need for part-time, temporary theatre arts or dance musicians to provide live music accompaniment to day or evening classes. • Must be able to play a variety of music with a broad stylistic range and improvisatory flexibility. • For theatre accompaniment, must be able to read and play relatively difficult music by sight. Our primary mission is to educate our students and our audiences about the performing arts and about the social issues and human emotions the arts speak to so powerfully.
