Therapeutic Musician Assured Hospice Care The Therapeutic Musician is responsible for providing music services/performances to the Assured Hospice Care patients, families and facilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assess music services needs of the patient/family and performs music services for the hospice patients and their families, as appropriate. Consult with the interdisciplinary team about patient referrals to prioritize intervention. Adhere to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff and the organization.
