Responsibilities: • Develop and implement music programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. • Lead non-musical activities that promote social interaction and engagement. • Attend regular meetings and contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation. Requirements: • Proven experience as a vocalist with guitar or piano accompaniment, with additional instruments being an asset. • Experience in music research, program presentation, and audience interaction.
