Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic musician to fill this critical role. The Therapeutic Musician will be responsible for designing and performing musical programs tailored to the elderly, facilitating non-musical activities, creating detailed reports, and participating in regular meetings. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop engaging musical programs that cater to the needs of the elderly • Lead activities that motivate participants and enhance their quality of life • Create reports to assist the activities department with observations and feedback • Participate in programming development and adapt musical programs to meet the needs of different audiences • Attend regular meetings and provide timely reports
