Therapeutic Musician

The Therapeutic Musician is responsible for providing music services/performances to the Assured Hospice Care patients, families and facilities. Assess music services needs of the patient/family and performs music services for the hospice patients and their families, as appropriate. Document all music services provided on the patients’ clinical record in accordance with Assured Hospice’s documentation requirements. Adhere to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff and the organization. Participate in the organization’s quality assessment and performance improvement program.
