About the Position In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized music therapy interventions for students with a range of abilities, including those with special education needs. • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, speech therapists, and other school staff to develop comprehensive therapeutic plans that align with students' IEP goals. • Facilitate group and one-on-one music therapy sessions aimed at improving emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and overall well-being. • Monitor and evaluate students' progress through consistent assessment, adjusting interventions as necessary.
