As a Pediatric Music Therapist at Thom Child and Family Services, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering individualized and culturally humble services that prioritize family needs and values. You will work collaboratively with parents/caregivers to develop and implement individualized plans that prioritize family priorities, needs, culture, and values. Key Responsibilities • Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of client's developmental status • Provide direct services and activities developmentally appropriate for children 0-3 and their families • Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with responsibility for identifying goals, objectives, and strategies related to the child's development • Act as service coordinator for the family by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan for each family on caseload What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package, including flexible schedules, health and dental insurance, generous vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
