TMCO Personnel Manager

Since its founding in 1940 with the mission of providing a "unique opportunity for a summer of living and working in music" the Tanglewood Music Center has been the premiere summer music festival for young musicians in the United States. The TMCC Personnel Manager serves as the principal point of contact for all Fellows in the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra (TMCO). Beyond the TMCO, the TMC Personnel Manager, is an important point of contact for all guest musicians visiting the TMC during the summer, coordinating their stays with the Residence Life Staff and staff at Miss Hall's School. Job Responsibilities • Manage and supervise the rehearsals and performances of the TMCO and other large ensembles. Desired Skills • Experience as a classical musician and/or orchestra personnel manager.
