Substitutes must have equal qualifications and approval of the Fort Meade Protestant Chaplain when appropriate. Must be able to transpose music as well as play most hymns found in the accepted service hymnal at first sight while maintaining a singable, appropriate tempo, rhythm, and registration at the instrument.
