How We LEAD: Working closely with label teams and cross-functional partners, the Transformation Analyst will help identify operational challenges and support the rollout of new processes, systems, and tools that improve workflows and drive product adoption. Maintain visibility into program roadmaps and track progress across multiple label implementations.Support prioritization and scheduling of product rollouts to align with business needs and timelines.Develop and manage rollout schedules to balance resource capacity and minimize user fatigue.Work with internal project teams to prepare and distribute resources for implementation activities.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Track implementation progress and surface risks, challenges, and dependencies.Project Implementation Strong communication skills, with ability to clearly convey information through email, online presentations, and stakeholder meetings Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders at various levels, and influence outcomes Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to answer questions, gather input, and support alignment Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and priorities simultaneously Ability to navigate ambiguity and support the development of clear plans and next steps Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through Ability to support change efforts by communicating effectively, addressing feedback, and encouraging adoption of new ways of working Ability to coordinate rollout activities across teams while balancing resource constraints and user impact Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft 365, Monday.com, JIRA) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, music, and/or commerce 4-5+ years of experience in business operations, process design and improvement, project management, implementation, and/or change management Experience drafting SOPs and business process documentation (e.g., process flows, overview decks), and delivering process or product initiatives, including rollout of new systems, tools, or ways of working Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams; able to work non-traditional working hours to facilitate meetings across time zones (e.g., PST, EST, GMT)
