Our incubator serves as a specialized discovery and development program for musicians who believe in music's transformative power to heal mental health struggles and inspire purpose discovery. Built on principles of Creativity, Healing, Inspiration, Purpose, and Community, our approach recognizes music as both therapeutic intervention and purpose discovery tool. • Musical excellence is essential, particularly in Soul, R&B, Jazz, Folk, Country, Blues, Gospel, World, and Cultural Music traditions.
