Bravado lives at the crossroads of music, fashion, and culture. • Input and maintain inventory data and analysis • Assist Logistics team and track delivery statuses for inbound and outbound product • Support Production Operations team with billing and goods receipt verification • Contribute to process optimization in various projects • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Development and Brand Management departments • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams • Ad-hoc Operations projects as-needed. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and / or PowerPoint • Collaborative & curious spirit • Interest in finance and accounting • Motivated to meet deadlines • Background in a client-facing role or working with external partners • Quickly learn new software systems & provide guidance to other team members how to use those platforms • Familiarity reading through contract agreements and legal documents • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva • Excel proficiency • Data analysis • Adobe Creative Suite general knowledge • General interest in product development of apparel and apparel related products • Adaptable-someone who is able to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude • Experience in Monday.com • Experience in product development or merchandising is a plus • Able to naturally take initiative and be adaptable to changing priorities on a daily basis.
