What We're Looking For: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the Director of Bands in managing the university band program. The successful candidate will have experience leading or assisting a band program and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Assist the Director of Bands with recruitment, event coordination, and personnel management. • Coordinate and facilitate the operations of the university band program. • Hire, train, and schedule student workers to support the band program.
