We are a growing music school and we are looking to add another awesome teacher to our teaching roster!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare materials and repertoire for a flute choir ensemble rehearsing for 1 hour once a week. Prepare for performances at a wide variety of events and venues. Work with composers on new commissions for the ensemble. Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings Foster an engaging and inspiring environment Must be a legal resident of MN SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in music or equivalent experience Passion for teaching & commitment to continuing development of teaching skills Understanding of multiple musical styles Excellent technique and proficiency in performance Strong interest in working with diverse socioeconomic groups Knowledge of cultural competency and ability to adapt to ensure inclusive participation COMPENSATION
