Vice President of Development

Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with The Florida Orchestra in the search for a Vice President of Development. As a proven leader in nonprofit philanthropy with a record of securing transformational gifts, the Vice President of Development (VP) will play a central role in advancing the financial strength and long-term sustainability of The Florida Orchestra. The VP will lead strategies to generate more than $8 million annually in contributed income while helping position the organization for continued growth and impact. The Vice President of Development will manage and expand a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, cultivating and stewarding high-impact, meaningful relationships while growing the major donor base. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $155,000.
