We're building an inclusive community where musicians and creators can focus on the work while we handle bookings and logistics.
About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Video Editor and Multi-Camera Operator to film and edit recitals, performances, and podcast and music sessions at our San Jose studio. This is an hourly part-time position, with pay based on experience. Work is scheduled around studio bookings, including evenings and weekends.
What You'll Do
Operate multiple cameras (Panasonic HC-X2000, Canon R6, and Canon XF605) for recitals, concerts, podcasts, and recording sessionsSet up and adjust lighting for performance and interview recordingsSwitch and record live with OBS when neededEdit footage into finished videos, with color, audio sync, titles, and exportsDeliver files to clients on scheduleWhat We're Looking For
Experience editing video in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar softwareExperience running multi-camera shoots, ideally live performances or eventsBasic lighting and audio knowledgeReliable, professional, and comfortable working with musicians and familiesA portfolio or sample reelWhat We Offer
