Role Description This is the single most important qualification for this role.Strong video production and post-production skills, with experience managing a full production workflow start to finishSkilled in color grading, audio syncing, and multi-format exportComfortable creating and integrating motion graphics for educational and promotional contentExperience working with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in performance or studio environmentsProficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage the project to a deadlineClear communicator, comfortable directing artists, educators, and studio staff on cameraBackground or interest in music — classical or performance-based work especially — is a strong plusBachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred
