Thank you for your interest in teaching positions with our school. School Background Music Academy of Utah is a music school offering quality music instruction to adults and children of all ages. We teach hundreds of students between our two locations. We have an organized teaching curriculum which all teachers are required to follow. At Music Academy of Utah, teacher responsibilities include: Able to plan and teach lessons to students of various ages and styles Provide individualized instruction to each student Maintain positive relationships with students, parents and other staff members Track student's progress Assist in recitals twice each year Able to follow teaching curriculum effectively Able to adapt teaching style to help student learn effectively Skills Needed: Excellent communication skills Proven teaching ability Positive energy Great interpersonal skills!
