Violin Faculty (high growth potential)

We serve over 300 students across six locations, from infants taking their first Music Together class to adults returning to an instrument they've always wanted to learn. Our faculty are the heart of everything we do—experienced, dedicated teachers who build lasting relationships with students and families, sometimes spanning a decade or more. We take the work seriously, and we have fun doing it. For the right candidate, Pakachoag offers the chance to build a substantial private studio inside a thriving, well-resourced school. Teaching takes place primarily at our home location at 10 Irving Street, 2nd Floor, Worcester, MA.RESPONSIBILITIESTeach private violin lessons to students of all ages and levels, from beginners through advancedDesign individualized instruction that challenges and motivates studentsMaintain clear, consistentmunication with students and families regarding progress and expectationsParticipate in Pakachoag's Performance Program, including preparing students for recitals and masterclassesAttend faculty meetings and school events as scheduledMaintain accurate records of lesson attendance and student progress•FACULTY ARTISTRY Pakachoag believes that great teachers are great musicians.
