Vocal Director

Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive vocal training programs tailored to diverse skill levels • Lead rehearsals with enthusiasm, ensuring performers understand and embody the artistic vision • Develop and arrange vocal parts for performances, harmonies, and solo pieces that captivate audiences • Provide constructive feedback to help singers improve technique, diction, pitch, and stage presence • Collaborate closely with musical directors, choreographers, and production teams to synchronize vocals with overall show elements • Foster a supportive environment that motivates performers to excel and express themselves confidently • Maintain organized rehearsal schedules, track progress, and adapt plans as needed for optimal results Skills • Proven experience in vocal coaching, directing choirs or musical theater productions • Strong understanding of vocal techniques, music theory, and arrangement skills • Excellent communication skills to motivate and guide performers effectively • Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team while maintaining a positive attitude • Knowledge of theater production processes and stage dynamics is highly desirable • Passion for nurturing talent and inspiring artistic excellence in others Your energetic leadership will ignite passion in every voice you nurture.
