Vocal Instructor

If you’re looking to teach without the burden of running your own business—or you’re tired of unpaid travel time, zig-zagging across town, or working with students who don’t really want to be there—this might be the perfect place for you. You’ll also help convert new students (we’ll train you), so you're empowered to grow your own success. Our ideal candidate: • Has a degree in music (or will graduate within 6 months) • Has 2+ years of teaching experience (group & private) • Loves working with adult hobbyists • Sings confidently in a range of contemporary genres • Brings a warm, engaging, collaborative energy to lessons • Views music as a tool for fun, connection, and personal growth • Wants to be part of a highly professional and inspiring team What You’ll Be Doing • Teaching private and group voice lessons to adults and children • Supporting the development of our voice department and curriculum • Helping with new client scheduling and communication • Assisting with MP’s special events and team-building experiences • Participating in weekly staff meetings and training • Assisting with social media content or community engagement (optional) Please email [email protected] with: • Your resume • A short video (5 minutes or less) telling us who you are, why you want to teach at MP, and what makes you a great fit • Two recent performance videos (within the last 3 years) that show your vocal ability
