At Berklee College of Music, we are seeking highly skilled pianists to fill the role of Accompanist in our Voice Department. As an Accompanist, you will be responsible for accompanying voice classes and modeling professional musical standards. The ideal candidate will have a high level of skill as an Accompanist, excellent sight-reading skills, and experience playing for vocalists in both solo and ensemble settings. We are looking for individuals who are sensitive to the needs of vocalists and instrumentalists in an ensemble setting, willing to take direction and guidance from classroom faculty, and interested in cultivating a supportive learning environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of music students by providing accompaniment for their classes and private lessons.
