Role Description

This is a voluteer postion on-site role for a skilled and versatile Vocalist located in Tacoma, WA. As a Vocalist, the primary responsibilities include performing a wide range of vocal styles across various projects, rehearsing with other performers and musicians, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver impactful performances. The role also involves interpreting scripts and musical pieces, maintaining vocal health, and contributing to the creative vision of productions. The successful candidate will be an integral part of New Vision Enterprises' artistic endeavors and community outreach efforts.

Proficiency in vocal performance across diverse music genres, voice control, and rangeExperience with live performances, rehearsals, and studio recordingsAbility to interpret musical compositions, scripts, and adapt to various stylesStrong collaboration and teamwork skills, with excellent communication abilitiesCommitment to maintaining vocal health and professional performance standardsAbility to work onsite in Tacoma, WA, and adapt to a dynamic schedulePrevious experience in the performing arts industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Music, Performing Arts, or equivalent experience preferred
