Filling out-group recommendations on time every other month. ● Regularly incorporating songs students are interested in into their curriculum. ● Actively preparing all students to participate in Learn Music performance opportunities (Learn Music Live, Learn Music Legends, open mics, in-class performances, etc.) ● Assign a video (one that you record) for all students who cancel without 24 hours' notice (you no longer need to do this for no-shows). ● Fill out legends recommendations on time ● Attending 2 Reviews per year ● Use all paid, non- teaching time for Learn Music tasks.
