If you’re looking to teach without the burden of running your own business—or you’re tired of unpaid travel time, zig-zagging across town, or working with students who don’t really want to be there—this might be the perfect place for you. Even at 12 hours/week, our teachers earn consistent income doing work that’s creative, meaningful, and far more fulfilling than the average service job. Our ideal candidate: • Has a degree in music (or will graduate within 6 months) • Has 2+ years of teaching experience (group & private) • Loves working with adult hobbyists • Sings confidently in a range of contemporary genres • Brings a warm, engaging, collaborative energy to lessons • Views music as a tool for fun, connection, and personal growth • Wants to be part of a highly professional and inspiring team What You’ll Be Doing • Teaching private and group voice lessons to adults and children • Supporting the development of our voice department and curriculum • Helping with new client scheduling and communication • Assisting with MP’s special events and team-building experiences • Participating in weekly staff meetings and training • Assisting with social media content or community engagement (optional) Please email [email protected] with: • Your resume • A short video (5 minutes or less) telling us who you are, why you want to teach at MP, and what makes you a great fit • Two recent performance videos (within the last 3 years) that show your vocal ability
