Job Description
Do you bring out the star in your students? Taylor Robinson Music is looking for private music instructors, especially for Voice, who share our philosophy of learning to play from the heart.

Responsibilities

Conduct lessons in students' homes, your own home, or a studio/rehearsal space; occasionally via webcam.
Be available in the Windsor Mills, MD area and willing to travel to student locations.
Maintain clear communication with the office and keep lessons organized and on time.
Set your own schedule and create your own curriculum/lesson plans.
Assist with the billing and administrative aspects handled by the company, allowing you to focus on instruction.

Qualifications

Independent contractor work with pay between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on experience, education, travel time, and retention rate.
Formal music training not mandatory, but a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience is required.
Experience working with children and a strong commitment to effective teaching.
Professional organization skills and punctuality.
