Job Description
Do you bring out the star in your students? Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart". We are looking for private music instructors, especially for Voice, who share the same philosophy and strive to make lessons accessible and affordable.

Lessons can occur in the students' homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. While a small percentage of students prefer webcam lessons, most prefer in-person lessons. Therefore we need local instructors willing to host students or travel within the New Philadelphia, OH area.

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis at $20-$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule, curriculum, and lesson plans. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help lighten your load so you can focus on the music.

Requirements: You must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience. Formal music training is not mandatory, but one of the above is required. You should be great with kids, love teaching, maintain good communication with our office, and be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Health and Safety: Most students prefer in-person lessons. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
