Voice Instructor

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Voice Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Voice lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. This role requires a strong musical background, excellent communication skills, and a patient approach to learning.

**Duties**

- Teach Voice lessons to students, focusing on proper techniques and music theory.

- Develop personalized lesson plans to cater to each student's learning style and goals.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills.

- Assist students with preparation for recitals, performances, or auditions.

- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure effective classroom management.

- Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.

- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques.

**Requirements**

- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.

- Strong musical background, with a focus on percussion.

- Excellent communication and teaching skills.

- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior.

- Knowledge of music theory and percussion techniques.

- Experience working in a classroom setting.
