Voice Teacher

Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging voice lessons tailored to individual student needs, skill levels, and musical interests
Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate vocal techniques, breathing exercises, diction, and performance skills
Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a positive, respectful, and motivating atmosphere for all students
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their vocal tone, pitch, diction, and stage presence
Track student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to meet evolving goals
Foster a supportive environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and a love for the arts

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching voice or related performing arts such as theater, dance instruction, or musical instruments
Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse age groups including children, youth programs, and adults
Experience working with children and familiarity with childhood development principles
Ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds
Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management strategies is a plus
Demonstrated expertise in creative arts instruction such as singing, theater performance,

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
