We are currently seeking (2) experienced people to teach piano/keyboards/ vocals and be a mentor and band instructors for children, teens, and adults: • have the ability to instruct and mentor music students in a private or semi-private lesson format. • must show the ability to read music and teach music in an understandable way • must demonstrate the ability to run basic sound equipment • must be able to receive constructive feedback on teaching techniques and apply the feedback to new teaching situations and environments • must be able to be physically present at the studio for scheduled lessons • effective time management and organizational skills • ability to operate basic office equipment photocopiers and computers • ability to interact effectively with the public • ability to work effectively with staff and management • ability to work in a fast-paced environment • ability to adapt to change in the workplace • ability to pass a background check • must be proficient in English speaking and writing skills • additional language(s) are a plus • ability to lift and move the equipment typically associated with all day-to-day operations, e.g., amplifiers, keyboards, recording equipment, light furniture, etc.
