We are currently seeking (2) experienced people to teach piano/keyboards/ vocals and be a mentor and band instructors for children, teens, and adults: to support private student placement in rock bands in collaboration with the school music director and staff. must show the ability to read music and teach music in an understandable way must demonstrate the ability to run basic sound equipment must be able to receive constructive feedback on teaching techniques and apply the feedback to new teaching situations and environments must be able to be physically present at the studio for scheduled lessons effective time management and organizational skills ability to operate basic office equipment photocopiers and computers ability to interact effectively with the public ability to work effectively with staff and management ability to work in a fast-paced environment ability to adapt to change in the workplace ability to pass a background check must be proficient in English speaking and writing skills additional language(s) are a plus ability to lift and move the equipment typically associated with all day-to-day operations, e.g., amplifiers, keyboards, recording equipment, light furniture, etc.
