VITAS Healthcare is looking for musicians who are able to volunteer and devote some time... for playing or singing for hospice patients living in long term care facilities. There are many locations and opportunities for Music volunteers to help out in the St. Louis and St. Charles areas. VITAS Music Volunteers help patients reconnect with feelings and memories that can bring about a sense of peace and happiness. Assignments are made according to the volunteer’s preferred time and location. Comprehensive Training and orientation for hospice volunteers is provided.
