Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together... to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients. Volunteer musicians may provide music individually to a single patient or to a group in a facility setting if desired. Or, better yet, help create personalized playlists for our patients.
