Volunteer: Looking for Musicians to Volunteer at Hospice

To become a hospice volunteer at Sutter Care at Home the greatest gift you can offer is your time, your caring nature, and your willingness to listen. Volunteers are trained to enhance the overall goal of meeting the physical... emotional, spiritual and practical needs of hospice patients and their families. Volunteers may stay with the patient to give the caregiver some time away or time to rest and they can be a caring companion and compassionate listener to both patients and families. They must work closely with Volunteer Program Coordinator as members of the hospice team.
