Share your love of music with our residents who have dementia by bringing your own instrument or lead a sing-along. We'd welcome a range of musical styles and it can be an opportunity for our residents to sing along with you. HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need.
