You’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations while building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity. • Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory levels; communicate trends, areas for improvement, and action plans to leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred; however, candidates with significant equivalent professional experience may also be considered. • Proven experience in warehouse management, supervision, or a similar role with a focus on team development and performance management.
