Wedding Musician

The Springs Events is seeking a part-time professional to work as a wedding DJ in the greater Houston area. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional DJ services while optimizing the entire event experience through exemplary customer service. \Responsibilities \ • Providing DJ services during wedding ceremonies and receptions • Serving as Emcee or Master of Ceremonies • Making announcements as appropriate in front of large groups of people (Training provided) • Arrival/prep time 2 hours prior to ceremony start time for equipment setup • Breakdown of DJ equipment post-event • Preparing and reviewing event details the day prior to the event \Requirements & Experience \ • Minimum 2 years of DJ experience • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required • Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends \Attributes and Competencies \ • Highly dependable • Punctual / Time management skills • Attention to detail • Communication skills • Customer service skills • Adaptability • Welcoming attitude and willingness to be taught
