Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional woodwinds teacher to teach part-time at Middle C Music, our Washington DC location. Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, music education, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check. Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education and will be in the range of $40-44/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is also available to all of our employees after 30 days on the job. Middle C Music is a community music school and retail store that serves and promotes Washington musicians of all ages and skills.
