Worship Arts and Music Director Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Beloved’s Worship Arts and Music Director leads arts and music programming to deepen the worship experience for those who attend church services, whether that be live or online. Leads congregation and worship team, vocally and instrumentally, during services. Invites vocally and instrumentally gifted musicians to participate in services and events. Recommends additions and new applications of technologies and equipment to encourage and enhance congregational participation in services and events.
