Overview: The role of the Worship Band Leader (guitarist) is primarily responsible for advancing the vision and mission of Zumbro Lutheran Church (ZLC) by designing, creating, building and leading band-led worship as a ministry who’s purpose is to share the love of Jesus through music. Serve as the lead musician and worship leader for band-led worship (10:30am Sundays and Collaborative leadership skills to support the work of the worship team (staff and volunteers).
