Worship Director

General Responsibilities: Contributes as a visionary leader of Sunday Worship Oversight and support of all worship work teams including video, sound, drama, music, and planning. Responsible for weekly Elvanto selecting music and scheduling musicians. Meeting Responsibilities: Primary Worship Leader on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 Staff meetings as scheduled Special Servant Community Meetings as needed Lead practice sessions with Music Team (generally every Tuesday) Meet with Senior Pastor and Worship Team for strategic planning as needed. Lead or participate in a discipleship based small group. Oversee and support worship programming at all campuses Monthly meetings with all worship leaders for song selection Spiritual Gifts Leadership, Creative Communications, Apostleship, Encouragement Secondary Gifts – Faith, Discernment, Competencies Expected Ability to sing and direct a worship team (preference given to those who can also play.)
