Practically speaking, this will work out in the following responsibilities: * You’ll plan music that is Christ-centered, theologically sound, engaging, and accessible to the congregation for weekly church services. * You’ll lead rehearsals for worship teams to prepare them to minister in weekly services, and you’ll help them grow as musicians and disciples of Jesus. * You’ll create weekly orders of service and collaborate with our team to ensure that every part of the service helps people to worship God, supports the theme of the day, and flows smoothly with the elements around it. You should have at least 3-5 years experience leading worship.
