The Contemporary Music Worship Leader will have the responsibility for all musical aspects of the Contemporary Worship Service. The leader will work with the Pastor and the Worship Musicians to create a meaningful worship experience for the congregation. Utilize and grow the skills and talents of each member of the band and production staff. Ability to work with people who have a variety of musical skills to produce effective music leadership. Annual reviews with a member of the Executive Council, the Pastor and Director of Worship & Music Committee.
