Reports to: Lead Pastor & Elders Supervises: Music/Band Position: Part time (Will become full time as Church grows) Fisherman’s Net Christian Church is seeking a Spirit-Filled, innovative, energetic, relational individual to lead our Worship Ministry. In this part- time position you will lead a broad range of volunteer musicians, vocalists, and production technicians in one of the key ministries of our church. We welcome the idea of a new leader bringing new songs, styles, and worship experiences to help us experience the broad range of God’s presence and power in our community. \\- Worship leading experience in a congregational setting \\- A good understanding of the production side of worship including sound, video, media, and live-streaming is a huge plus. Responsible for the overall worship experience at Fisherman’s Net including church events \\- Provide leadership to the band/tech, at event rehearsals, and through song selection.
