Cadiz Christian Church in Henry County, near New Castle, Indiana, seeks a Worship Minister to lead our blended worship, currently with piano, guitar, and drums. This is a part-time role with potential to grow into a full-time ministry for the right candidate.
The Worship Minister will plan weekly services, recruit and train volunteers, oversee sound/ livestream teams, and coordinate music for special services, fostering authentic biblical worship within our multigenerational congregation.
